Agreement of the Terms

By purchasing a product and/or service from Raff Designs, you are agreeing to the following terms of service and any and/or all applicable laws and regulations. Disagreeal with any and/or all of the following terms or breakage of any and/or all following terms will result in the termination of your access to our products or services.

Payment

Transactions for our products and our services will be either paid to a developer providing you with such product and/or service, or through our website. If you are paying a developer handling your product, or service, the developer may either choose to have you pay via PayPal, or a Stripe invoice. If a transaction is to be paid through PayPal, payment must be sent in the developers specificed currency, and as a "Friends or Family" payment. If you are purchasing a product or service from our website, then the transaction must be completed through Stripe.

Disputes

Filing disputes against a developer through PayPal, or against Raff Designs through Stripe, are strictly prohibited. If a customer files a dispute on either payment application - the customer is to be banned from both our Discord and our site. This ban is permanent and cannot be appealed in any circumstance.

Refunds

All of our products and services are digital, which are non-refundable once a service or product(s) have either been provided or work has begun on a service or product(s). Refunds are non-negotiable if a transaction has taken place on the website, however if a refund is requested for a service - such as a custom commission - a refund may be negotiated with and only by Raff himself.
Customers may request a refund for a commission so long as a developer has not already begun work on a commission.

Distribution of Service

Once a member has purchased a product and/or service from Raff Designs, they become our customer; thus meaning it is their sole responsibility to protect any files from being re-distributed on unofficial Raff Designs sites or Discords. Any product or service made by Raff Designs is not to be shared with any third-party servers or roleplay communities. The customer is entitled to share files to a server that they are within, however upon the customers decision to leave a server using shared files, they must be immediately removed from said server. If any files are found to have been re-distributed and said files are traced back to the original purchaser, they will any consequences.

Usage of Service

A customer of Raff Designs is not to do the following with any purchased Raff Designs product or service;

Modify, rip or plagiarise the product and/or service,
Re-distribute or resell the product unless sufficient permissions have been provided,
Distribute the product and/or service to a user not relevant to a server or any server development,
Claim any and/all credit for any product and/or service.

Further Information

Management of Raff Designs are entitled to ammend these Terms of Service at any given point in time without serving notification regarding any ammendments.
